
Herbed Yogurt Ingredients
2 cups Double-cream yogurt
2 tbsp Greenleaf EVOO
2 tbsp Fresh dill, chopped
1 Garlic clove, minced
Chilli Oil Ingredients
2 tbsp Greenleaf EVOO
1 tsp Nduja paste (or ½ tsp red chilli flakes)
Other Ingredients
8 Large eggs, poached
Instructions

Mix all yogurt ingredients in a bowl. Set aside.

Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a pan on low heat for 1 minute. Stir in nduja paste or chili flakes and remove from heat.

Divide the yogurt among 4 bowls. Top each with 2 poached eggs.

Drizzle with chilli oil and serve with crispy ciabatta slices.
