3 Mini green cabbages, quartered
3 Mini red cabbages, quartered
100 ml Greenleaf EVOO
2 Heaped tbsp white miso
1 tbsp Tahini
1 Handful fresh basil leaves
½ cup Toasted almonds (optional)

Preheat oven to 180°C. Arrange quartered cabbages on a baking tray and drizzle with olive oil. Roast for 25 minutes or until the edges are crispy.

Blend olive oil, miso, tahini, and basil until smooth.

Drizzle dressing over roasted cabbages. Sprinkle with toasted almonds, if desired.
